Orders ship via FedEx
or USPS (Priority Mail & Express Mail).

Online orders ship no later than the next business day
[Monday through Friday, except postal/carrier holidays].
Ground transit times usually vary from 2 business days [most Ohio locations] to
7 business days [certain remote Western US locations or shipments delayed in transit].

We ship to the contiguous US (48 states), to the District of Columbia (DC), and
to APO/FPO addresses--enter AA, AE, or AP for the state.
All military mail is sent via USPS Priority Mail.
No shipping is currently provided to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or to international addresses.

Order Confirmation via Email
For any order you place online,
you should receive a confirmation via email within a few minutes of your order.
If you do not receive an email confirmation,
please email us at

to make sure that your order will be shipped.
Likewise, you should receive an email when your order ships.
The email will contain either a tracking number or a delivery confirmation number.

2-Day Shipping option is available at checkout
for a shipping surcharge equal to 40% of the product total

Exceptions: Blizzards, floods, and other extreme weather conditions; delays due to terror alerts, etc.
Cost Example: On a $100 order,
your total shipping charge (including 2-Day Shipping) equals $49.95 ($9.95 + $40.00).
Transit Time Example:
Place order by Tuesday midnight PT; order ships Wednesday; order delivered by Friday.
Orders placed early in the day will sometimes ship the same day--e.g. a Wednesday order would be delivered by Friday.
2-Day Shipping ships via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
2-Day Shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses and is usually not available to PO Boxes.

1-Day Shipping [Overnight] option is available at checkout
for a shipping surcharge equal to $19 plus 40% of the product total.
Continental United States; 1 business day transit time,
except some remote rural areas which may require 2 business days.
Exceptions: Blizzards, floods, and other extreme weather conditions; delays due to terror alerts, etc.
Cost Example: On a $100 order,
your total shipping charge (including 1-Day Shipping) equals $68.95 ($9.95 + $19.00 + $40.00).
Transit Time Example:
Place order by Sunday midnight PT; order ships Monday; order delivered by Tuesday.
Orders placed early in the day will sometimes ship the same day--e.g. a Monday order would be delivered by Tuesday.
1-Day Shipping ships via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
1-Day Shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses but is sometimes available to PO Boxes.

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is not currently offered.

Note to institutions placing purchase orders:
Orders placed by purchase order are generally non-returnable;
we replace any units that are defective on arrival or that fail soon after receipt.
For TimeTimer products, the manufacturer handles the replacement of defective units.
Alaska & Hawaii schools/hospitals: note that shipping charges are approximately double normal charges.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed.
No return authorization is needed for credit card orders shipped to U.S. addresses
if you return the item within 45 days of receipt.
Please use a carrier that includes a tracking number.

When you ship the item, simply email us

and include your name, the name of the item, the carrier name, and tracking number.
When we receive the returned item, we will happily refund your product purchase price.
(Shipping not included unless product is defective and shipping address is within the U.S.)
We want you to be completely satisfied with each item purchased from Learning for All Ages.

Occasionally, TimeTimer products are non-functioning on delivery;
the manufacturer likes to directly handle the replacement process.
They will ship out a replacement unit along with a pre-paid return label to send in the non-functioning unit.
Do not return the non-functioning unit to Learning for All Ages.
